Charly T's Rice Surprise
Now available at lunchtime from Mondays to Fridays at Charly T’s first fast-casual restaurant, ‘Charly T’s Rice Surprise’ is an adaptation of Charly T’s experiences during his travels in many different destinations.
Over his years of travels, Charly T frequently creates his own daily lunch, based around simple, fresh and local items reflective of wherever he happened to be. He called these mid-day reprises ‘Surprises’ and true to his region of origin, the basic ingredient often features the fragrant steamed rice as prepared by Charly T’s mother.
